Your Role at Cabot

The position is the key element to ensure that the master data files are complete and kept up to date, including for pricing and rebate information, in a way that complies with the highest internal control, approvals and segregation of duties standards. It also includes the setup of the supplier files and finished product items files, as well as the computation of the commission notes due to our sales representatives.

 

This role has a major impact on quality, speed and accuracy of order processing, invoicing, revenue from Customer and Customer satisfaction, as well as on the timeliness and effectiveness of the expenditure process.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Supervise master data processes - maintaining customer, sales price, finished product, raw material, supplier, and employee data in the master file of our ERP.
  • Supervise invoicing process – shipped orders are invoiced daily and credits are issued to customers when needed for the NA region, including invoice/credit note distribution to our customers with drive to fulfill our department KPIs.
  • Supervise process of commissions and rebates – making sure that on the regular basis the commissions are issued to our agents and the rebates accruals are up to date for our customers.
  • Act in respect of legal regulations and internal rules striving for continuous improvement.

Team Lead responsibilities:

  • Support provider and first point of call for questions from the team.
  • Workload monitoring for the team.
  • New joiners trainings.
  • Ensure aligned approach across department.
  • Subject matter expert, especially for more advanced or complex activities.
  • May lead and/or participate in small projects.
  • Vacation back-up coordination across department.
  • Performs other duties and job tasks according to employer’s written and verbal orders.

Additional Information

  • Salary: 1700 - 1900 EUR GROSS.
  • Working Hours: 15:00 - 23:30.
  • Permanent contract.
  • Monthly allowance and yearly bonus.

  • Hybrid work schedule (3 days on site and 2 days work from home)
