Your Role at Cabot

The Digital Project Management Analyst will assist project managers in the day-to-day coordination and execution of digital initiatives. You’ll support our digital project managers in organizing, tracking, and delivering projects on time and within scope. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow within digital project management.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to digital project managers.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, trackers, schedules, and documentation.
  • Update project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira) with status updates and task assignments.
  • Communicate with internal teams and vendors to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Help manage project schedules, update task boards, and monitor progress using project management tools (e.g., MS Project, MS Planner).
  • Help monitor project budgets, timelines, and performance metrics.
  • Manage digital asset libraries and documentation repositories.
  • Other activities to support project execution and delivery as required.

What You Will Bring to Cabot

  • 3+ years of experience in digital project support or analyst role
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow will be considered as an advantage.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and hands-on experience with project management software, like MS Project
  • Familiarity with collaborations tools such is MS SharePoint and Teams and HTML/CSS.
  • Excellent English skills, written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical skills, capability to identify insights, work with big data manipulation/synthesis.
  • Advanced database, data mining, and data modeling skills.
  • Practical application of analytical tools (MS Excel (including macros, power query), MS PowerPoint, and Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI).
  • Experience with financial budgets and forecasts and understanding of concepts of Opex vs. Capex.
  • Team oriented with the ability to collaborate within the group and outside the business group.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.

Additional Information:

  • Salary: 2300 - 2600 EUR Gross depending on experience.
  • Temporary 6 months contract with possibility of extension.
  • Working hours: 9:00 - 17:30.
  • Health insurance from first day of work.
  • Monthly allowance & yearly bonus. 
  • Hybrid work schedule (3 days on site and 2 days’ work from home).
