Your Role at Cabot

As Cabot Latvia site Senior HR Manager, you will act as a strategic business partner to drive a high-performing, engaged, and efficient organization. You will lead local HR operations, ensuring alignment with the company’s Mission, Vision, and Values, while fostering a culture of communication, engagement, and change readiness.

 

In this role, you will co-design and execute HR strategies that support both business and HR goals. You’ll oversee key programs, support employee development, and ensure HR services meet long-term business needs.

 

The Senior HR Manager provides day-to-day leadership for the local HR team and is responsible for staffing, training, and performance management, as well as delivering HR services locally for the GBS Delivery Center. The role reports directly to the Facility General Manager.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Manage all site HR activities including staffing, employee relations, talent development, compensation, benefits and training.
  • Responsible for implementation of Human Resources policies and programs at the site, in close collaboration with global HR experts on site. 
  • Identify, develop and implement best in class HR strategy and practices, based on corporate guidelines.
  • Coach managers on people management & leadership focusing on performance management, organization development and effectiveness, and employee productivity. Deliver training across site to enhance skills of the workforce contributing to the organization’s overall effectiveness.
  • Recommend and implement competitive and cost-effective C&B programs and processes locally that attract, retain, and motivate employees. Collaborate with Corporate Compensation to ensure local compensation needs are met. Administer global compensation programs and processes for the site.
  • Manage workforce and succession planning to achieve company business goals.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team as well as the hiring managers in finding the right people in a cost-effective and timely manner.
  • Lead performance management and employee development at the site. Work with employees and managers to ensure understanding of roles and responsibilities, effective performance appraisals, and career development. 
  • Provide leadership and consultation in the employee relations area, promoting open communications and a positive work environment.
  • Ensure legal compliance with the site’s local labor legislation and social security systems, maintain company policies and procedures and communicate changes to all employees.
  • Develop and implement HR metrics and reporting to facilitate decision making.
  • Manage and develop Senior HR Generalist.
  • Oversee local payroll activities to ensure accurate and timely payment.
  • Initiate or implement special projects as required to create a congenial place to work.

What You Will Bring to Cabot

  • 6+ years of experience in Human Resources with at least 3 years of managerial responsibility in a dynamic environment, with specific experience in HR Administration, Organizational Design, Talent Management and Change management.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business Management, Human Resources Management or related discipline.
  • Experience operating in a multinational company with Business Shared Services in place preferred.
  • Fluency in English & excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills at all levels.
  • Computer literate and data-mindset orientation, ideally having worked with a modern HRIS system like Workday or similar.
  • Strategic thinker and change agent combined with strong execution skills.
  • Demonstrated experience and ability to balance business partnering skills with employee advocacy.
  • Possesses both critical thinking capability and hands-on HR business plan implementation experience.

Additional Information:

  • Working Hours: 9:00 - 17:30.
  • Permanent contract.
  • Salary: 4000 - 5700 EUR Gross.
  • Monthly allowance and Yearly bonus.
  • Health insurance from first day of work.
  • Hybrid work schedule (3 days on site and 2 days’ work from home).
