Your Role at Cabot

We are looking for a Commercial Excellence Project Lead and Analyst to lead internal projects, support existing IT tools (like Salesforce), and build robust analytics and dashboards in Power BI. You will interact with various stakeholders, including Commercial Teams and Shared Services, ensuring smooth operations and project execution.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Project planning and execution to ensure that the commercial excellence capabilities are delivered to and adopted by all Cabot businesses
  • Project planning, business scoping and interface between IT and businesses in the development, training and roll-out of new functionalities of our CRM
  • Work closely with business units to ensure that improvement opportunities are identified and validated and challenge the businesses towards committing to and achieving aspirational targets.
  • Ongoing communication and engagement with business unit champions and key stakeholders to ensure continued momentum and alignment across the organization
  • Conduct complex data analytics as needed using MS Excel and have profound knowledge of building sophisticated dashboards in Power BI.
  • Create and lead Commercial Excellence training sessions
  • Communicate with people at different levels in organization

What You Will Bring to Cabot

  • Bachelor/University degree in Business or Finance.
  • Previous experience with ERP and CRM tools (preferably Oracle, SAP and Salesforce).
  • Experience with SharePoint management will be considered an advantage.

  • Proficiency and previous experience of MS Excel and Power Bi, including data integration scenarios.
  • Excellent presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to convey complex data and insights in a clear, compelling manner to various stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills to ensure training and follow up activities stay on track.
  • Excellent English language skills required.

Additional Information 

  • Working Hours: 9:00 - 17:30
  • Permanent contract.
  • Salary: 2585- 3701 EUR Gross. The final salary offer will depend on the candidate’s previous experience and qualifications..
  • Monthly allowance & Yearly bonus.
  • Health insurance from first day of work.
  • Hybrid work schedule (3 days on site and 2 days’ work from home).
