Cabot Specialty Compounds is the world’s largest producer of Black Masterbatch and Concentrates. We have recently entered the North American market with the establishment of Cabot Plastics Canada in Quebec province. We are searching for a sales and marketing professional to help us leverage the excellent business relationships which we have key accounts at international polymer producers and converters.
The role involves opening doors, establishing relationships and delivering sales targets. You will be working closely with international colleagues and reporting to the General Manager and Vice President of Sales at Cabot Plastics Canada. You will have the opportunity to travel extensively in North and Central America.
Take responsibility for delivering sales budget at allocated accounts. Plan to deliver budget and LRP (long-range plan) in line with the business strategy through a combination of direct sales to existing accounts and development of new prospects. Maintain a strong opportunity pipeline in order to optimize return from the sales territory. Sales territory includes all of North America (US, Canada, Mexico, Central America).
