The North Asia Commercial Manager participates in the design and implementation of the Energy Materials sales strategy for Japan and South Korea. The position facilitates communications internally within Cabot and externally with the Energy Material market within Japan and South Korea. The role manages, motivates and develops the commercial team to better achieve sales, technical and marketing goals. The Commercial Manager is also responsible for developing and managing Cabot’s strategic customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and marketing objectives.
The Asia North commercial teams will report directly into this role while the regional business development teams will have a dotted reporting relationship into the position.
