In this role, you will be accountable for sales of Cabot’s Specialty Compounds business products (black masterbatches, conductive compounds and concentrates) to key regional accounts that are geographically distributed across mainly Benelux and Italy. You will have a mix of accounts for which you are directly responsible and others which are served through our distributors and sales agents. 30-35% of your time in this role will also be dedicated to new business development in the defined geography.
We are looking for a Technical Sales Manager who has hands-on experience working with thermoplastics sales across various countries. In your role, you will be part of the wider team of 7 Sales Managers reporting to the Regional General Manager of Specialty Compounds business. We are looking for candidates based in a location where Cabot entity is represented, yet the preferred locations would be Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Italy, or France.
