Acts as a key communication link between the external customers and the company. Accountable for ensuring that customers receive the best service/support possible, to maximize customer satisfaction and enhance the organization’s image in the market place. Provides basic product related information and literature to customers and answers product related questions and inquiries. Responsible to ensure continuous coverage for all the activities within the Customer Care function including taking incoming calls, answering email, faxes, processing orders and providing information internally and externally on the status of the order and organizing transportation and logistics activities.
