Sommaire du poste :
En tant que stagiaire Ingénierie & Fiabilité, vous travaillerez avec le département de maintenance et ingénierie de Cabot St-Jean. Votre rôle consistera à supporter l’équipe sur les trois éléments suivants :
- Vous participerez à la mise en place de notre plan de fiabilisation des équipements en supportant le développement de notre programme de maintenance préventive. Plus spécifiquement, vous devez analyser les modes de défaillances des différents équipements et déterminer la stratégie de maintenance à appliquer afin de réduire les temps d’arrêt ainsi que les coûts. Une fois les calendriers d’entretien établis, il vous faudra les consolider dans notre système, afin de générer automatiquement les bons de travail pour l’équipe de maintenance.
- Vous aurez aussi la chance de réaliser différentes initiatives d’amélioration de l’usine en vous familiarisant avec les processus de gestions de projet de Cabot, en effectuant diverses activités d’ingénierie requise ou en travaillant en collaboration avec différentes firmes d’ingénierie ou entrepreneurs menez à terme ces initiatives.
- Vous participerez au projet de mise à niveau du cadenassage de l’usine. En collaboration avec l’équipe de maintenance, vous vous participerez à l’élaboration et à la validation des procédures de cadenassage avec différents intervenants.
