Identifies and develops product ideas from inception to viable product launches together with R&D and operational team.

The position takes full ownership of the Customer Experience for the customers of the assigned Business and region. Acts as a key contact for the business and commercial teams of the assigned business or business Segment with regards to the Service Delivery team model. The position is the key element to ensure that the master data files are complete and kept up to date, including for pricing and rebate information, in a way that complies with the highest internal control, approvals and segregation of duties standards. It also includes the setup of the supplier files and finished product items files, as well as the computation of the commission notes due to our sales representatives.   This role has a major impact on quality, speed and accuracy of order processing, invoicing, revenue from Customer and Customer satisfaction, as well as on the timeliness and effectiveness of the expenditure process.

Implements company purchasing strategy for assigned sites incorporating contracts, purchasing tools, and supplier management techniques at a regional or local level.  Ensures that all supplies of goods and services are provided in the most cost-effective manner.  Provides direct management to regional or multi- site purchasing team for few countries and one or more business.  May direct negotiations of smaller regional or local contracts.

Votre rôle consistera à supporter l’équipe sur les trois éléments suivants : - Vous participerez à la mise en place de notre plan de fiabilisation des équipements en supportant le développement de notre programme de maintenance préventive. Plus spécifiquement, vous devez analyser les modes de défaillances des différents équipements et déterminer la stratégie de maintenance à appliquer afin de réduire les temps d’arrêt ainsi que les coûts. Une fois les calendriers d’entretien établis, il vous faudra les consolider dans notre système, afin de générer automatiquement les bons de travail pour l’équipe de maintenance. - Vous aurez aussi la chance de réaliser différentes initiatives d’amélioration de l’usine en vous familiarisant avec les processus de gestions de projet de Cabot, en effectuant diverses activités d’ingénierie requise ou en travaillant en collaboration avec différentes firmes d’ingénierie ou entrepreneurs menez à terme ces initiatives. - Vous participerez au projet de mise à niveau du cadenassage de l’usine.
