The Cybersecurity Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the engagement with our Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP) , Managed Service Provider (MSP) and cybersecurity tool . This position is responsible for managing the relationships with all suppliers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, and aligning cybersecurity initiatives with the organization's strategic goals. Additionally, you will, as part of the Digital Security team, oversee the development and execution of the technology roadmap to enhance our cybersecurity capabilities and infrastructure. This is a global role, reporting to the Director of Digital Security.

Manages the interfaces and relationships between Cabot and distributors for EMEA, is responsible for the results of the distribution network and for the alignment and execution of the business strategies and goals. Leads technical service team. As a member of the EMEA LT actively contributes to the development and execution of the budget and the long-term strategy for the segment.

The HR Director, EMEA is responsible for overseeing the high-quality delivery of HR strategy, practices and processes across Cabot’s portfolio of businesses in the EMEA region (Switzerland, Latvia, The Netherlands, France, Italy, Germany, Belgium, Czech Republic, United Kingdom, Spain, Turkey and United Arab Emirates). Additionally, this position will serve as HR leader for the employees of our EMEA HQ based in Schaffhausen, Switzerland driving a people and talent agenda for the site. The position ensures the development and implementation of proactive human resource strategies for our manufacturing facilities, HR services and supporting processes that directly support the achievement of business objectives. The Director is responsible for building and developing a strong team of HR talent, capable of delivering effective HR consultative support in each of the manufacturing facilities and business offices. The position requires extensive knowledge and demonstrated expertise handling complex human resources and employee relations across manufacturing and administrative facilities. The position will have a direct, functional reporting relationship to the CHRO and an indirect, operating reporting relationship to the President of the EMEA region. The Director, Human Resources – EMEA is part of the Global HR leadership team and leadership teams of the EMEA region and Schaffhausen site; and will provide HR partnership and advisory support to Cabot’s EMEA leaders and representatives of the EMEA leadership team. This may include support for key recruiting activity, advising on engagement survey results, resolving team conflict, etc.
