The Talent Acquisition function in Cabot is accountable for ensuring smooth end-to-end recruitment process and excellent candidate and hiring team experience. The team is handling recruitment projects across Cabot EMEA and North American locations for manufacturing sites, businesses, and functions. The TA team is also accountable for the continuous improvement of our global Talent Acquisition processes. In many cases, Talent Acquisition will be responsible for recruitment agency management and will be a key point of contact between the agency and the Hiring Manager.
The Talent Acquisition Leader for EMEA & NA is responsible for leading the function and delivering on global Talent Acquisition objectives. Currently the team consists of 3 Recruiters and 1 Recruiting Administrator, 3 of the resources located in Riga, Latvia and one in Billerica, Massachusetts. The accountability of this role is to lead the function in alignment with TA strategy.
This role is a 1.5-year temporary assignment.

The Financial Analyst is responsible for the content and integrity of various Operational and Financial activities, including: the monthly close process, quarterly restatements, change implementation and documentation, and business / functional analysis (as needed).
The position will assist with introducing and supporting new Business Intelligence initiatives, maintenance of monthly allocations and assisting businesses in research and understanding of unusual results.
The Order to Cash (OtC) Operational Manager plays a key role in ensuring that the services organization delivers a world-class experience to our customers. The role is responsible for leading efficient Order to Cash end-to-end processes and activities for the Delivery Center, within the GBS organization and aligned with Cabot’s strategic goals.
